Here is the sequence of events on the admin’s device.
1. Phone reboots & upgrades from 3.1.3 to either 126.96.36.1991 or 188.8.131.528.
2. Everything is in order.
3. Sporadically (either a day or even a week after the upgrade), the admin’s device starts to grab the exec’s line to make any outgoing calls.
4. If she manually picks up her line, then the outgoing call, goes out of her line. This tells me there is nothing wrong with her line port registration
5. A phone reboot fixes the issue.
