call from queue announced

Hi, Im having a problem with my sip autoanswered soft-phones. I need to play sound for agents when call comes up from queue so they would be alerted about that situation. I have heard thta it can be done via queues.conf, I'm just not sure how to do that. Would there be any announce passed by queue to agent ?
