Cisco phones lose registration at same time of day

I am troubleshooting an issue where our branch offices have their phones lose registration about the same time of day once or twice a week. This is causing our customer support to lose calls and anger customers (hooray!).

We have CUCM clusters in two sites which both see failures and phones losing registration. On the phone side, we pulled logs and see the phones are receiving a tcp socket error 104 or peer reset message (TCP RST). This leads me to believe that the phones either are not sending keepalives back to the cluster, or the cluster is not receiving them.

We have vetted our local LAN, but have not been able to verify the Palo Alto firewalls in the path yet. Has anyone else had a similar issue with Palo Alto firewalls, or heard of failures like this before?
