Call4Smile

Call4Smile is hosted unified broadcasting services that offers Voice, SMS, Email and Fax broadcasting online. Call4Smile SMS and voice broadcasting service can be used (but not limited to) in environments where a large number of people have to be contacted in a short span of time. The message can be as specific as texting or calling all the residents of an area to inform them of a congregation, a school closure, or as broad as alerting the entire town to a severe weather warning.

Voice Broadcasting

Call4Smile can broadcast messages which have been recorded (as a recording .WAV file), or can use a TTS (Text To Speech) engine to broadcast messages from a text file.

Fax Blasting

Call4Smile provide fax blasting (fax broadcasting) service to a wide range of customers from small self employed people wishing to target local areas with a few thousand pages, to larger campaigns sending hundreds of thousands to a wider area. Call4Smile support T.38 Fax over IP (FOIP) , G.711 Pass through and PSTN (T.30) faxing.

SMS Messaging

Call4Smile provides customers with cost effective SMS messaging applications which produce results that can be analyzed and used for lead generation, sales, brand recognition and customer loyality.

Email Marketing

E-mail marketing service of Call4Smile help organizations and individuals to create, send and monitor e-mail campaigns to contact groups.

Survey Broadcasting

Call4Smile gives its customers the ability to broadcast phone based surveys to large numbers of people. A number of questions will be presented to the called party, and by using the keypad recipient can indicate their choice.

IVR Broadcasting

This campaign can be used to broadcast message in the form of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) also known as Outbound-IVR. IVR Designer allows to create advanced telephony systems with a simple drag-and-drop interface.
