Quality Issues:
Fanvil while having some nice features (SIP, IAX2 Support, VPN). Some of the models suffer quirks that the manufacturer refuses to fix that would be considered a basic requirement of a business phone. The Fanvil BW530 (and probably similar models) suffer from the inability to use the second and third line buttons with only one SIP account.

Firmware Notes:
While you can obtain firmware updates from the Fanvil website it is advised to contact Fanvil support directly for the latest release as often the version on the website will be older than what is already on the phone.
