A lot has changed since then. I'd start with the official docs: https://www.fspbx.com/docs/intro/

Then you can add the add-ons from Ward's article. Some of the bits have changed as FS PBX continues to evolve sometimes several times weekly. So compare the official docs and merge with what is in Ward's article for additional things like APIBAN and VOIPBL.
