    QUESTION Call-Pickup unable to function in Call Queue

    Good day! We have been used a call queuing for inbound for rotation purpose. Upon observation call-pickup is not possible to the members of call queue extensions. Is it possible to have the functionality of call-pickup on said scenario? Please let me know workaround. Thank you in advance...
