    TIPS My calls are showing unknown

    My calls are showing as unknown despite me putting my number in the correct format under extensions. I also tried adding my number to other CID locations but its always unknown. Any ideas?

    Is there a way to check that caller ID is displaying correctly without access to a landline? I need to make sure that the name portion is displaying correctly.
