    NO JOY Slow reloading after "apply config" in FreePBX

    Hi, I'm running Incredible 13 on the Ubuntu server platform (asterisk 13.8.2.) Often when I make a change and hit Apply I'll watch the CLI, and it will scroll for a second, then pause for around 10 seconds, and then load some more dialplan for a second, and so on ... it takes about 40-50...
