    FYI retrieve_conf failed, config not applied

    @wardmundy I previously posted a similar "bug" at http://pbxinaflash.com/community/threads/retrieve_conf-failed-config-not-applied.18684/ but that post was for the Lean installation and it appears to have gone dormant so I posting this as a fresh thread since this one was for the full install...
