    SOLVED after clean 13.2 iso install asterisk is down.

    I installed incred-pbx 13.2 from iso. Burned to dvd. Twice with same results. After installed i went through the initial update and was given the initial bluebox styled summery. I noticed it stated asterisk was down. Changed all passwords per install guide. Logged into pbx and apply config...
