    NO JOY New 13 install. No login page access

    Hello everyone, First time poster long time reader. I had great success installing IncrediblePBX 11 locally and in the cloud and all works great, however the 13 I have trouble with. I installed it using this guide http://nerdvittles.com/?p=14208, the install finishes fine but my PBX login page...
