    QUESTION Polycom soundpoint IP550 feature button error

    PIAF - pressing any of the phone feature keys on the Polycom phone display the phone system IP address. an example. to access voicemail. Dial the feature key *98. the phone LCD show @192.168.xx.xxx. of course the hard button "messages" works.
