Asterisk CLI doesn't give status messages

With IncrediblePBX2020, entering "asterisk -rvvvvvvvv" doesn't result in status messages on the CLI, as it used to.

What am I doing wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong, your logger.conf file is empty due to a recent Module upgrade.
