Cache Caller ID to PhoneBook for lookups

2 questions:

1. I have 16-15 running (or is it 15-16?). Do I need to change anything in the directions which are for 13-13?
2. Are there any directions for using bulkvs for the lookup for this process?

Getting tired of all the bs calls coming through along with the calls which should have ID against them but don't (our CVS drugstore doesn't show callerid info, for example).

Are you using Superfecta? Superfecta has the options to to use the Phonebook and also to cache prior lookups to bulkVS

I'm using 16-15, so I want to (attempt) to make sure that the the changes to sqlite, phonebook module, sql changes, CDR report entries, etc. don't blow up my working system.

It's probably a @wardmundy questions above anything else.
