Is the OSS Endpoint Manager compatible with the new 2021 release? Thanks!

Maybe. EPM definitely will not work with PHP 7.x, but it may work with the PHP 5 fix. Worth a try... after you make a good backup. Be sure to run php -v to verify that PHP 5.6 is your default PHP setup first!!
