GO HERE Can someone tell me where I can change the body for the notification emails?

I wish to change the body of the emails for, storage, ups, asterisk fail. I want to add the system descriptive name and the wan address to the email body. Where is that file located? Is it editable?

@edlentz ... For your voicemail messages, start, from your dashboard with:

Settings
Voicemail Admin
(Voicemail) Settings
Email Config

You can edit the bulk of your voicemail > email messages.

I have seen that and managed that settings. But that is for the email sent to the users. I want the technical emails the ones that tell us that the hard drive is 90% full. I want to add the system ID and WAN address. Right now it sends the deployment # and I am to lazy to go cross check the number. Does anyone know where this email template is ???

This is not anything incrediblepbx has. I think you have it confused with FreePBX. Those settings are part of the commercial sysadmin module in FreePBX under notifications but you can not edit the subject just the from address.

There is a notification email address you can place in the fail2ban jail.local file.

Except if he is using FreePBX with sysadmin that file will get written over on every apply config.

I am using Freepbx. And most of our systems are using Sys Admin Pro. I asked here because the users here appear to be more savvy "under the hood" than some at the Freepbx forum. If what KNERD says is true then it appears that I cannot do this with what is available in Freepbx. I might try to set something up in cron to do the same thing except to my way.
