I noticed that extension folder sets in /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/xxx and symbolic links (soft?) in /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/device/xxx are NOT created when extensions are added in the browser interface. That means they appear to be added to the database on first use from a phone?
How can they be forced to generate, so files from an older PIAF version including voice prompts can be copied over?
I found that just creating extensions and copying folder sets, including manually creating soft symbolic links don't work properly. Old VM messages in each extension folders are retrievable, and new VM messages are stored. created and can be heard, but the voice prompts, user name, etc. do not work!
Ideas?
