Hi, I'm new to this site and everything Voip and am trying to set up a Free 3CX Account and a Bulkvs Account for a very small business.
Bulkvs Support (phone and email) has consistently told me that Bulkvs can be used with the Free 3CX account version, however 3CX Support has told me that Bulkvs can only be used with one of their paid versions. I have run into issues registering 3CX with Bulkvs and confronted Bulkvs about these issues and they continue to insist that Bulkvs can be used with the Free Version of 3CX and that I should just select another provider and then edit to their "Registrar/Server/Gateway Hostname or IP" as "sip.bulkvs.com".
I have done this, read Guides, Posts and Detailed instructions from this Site but it is still not syncing, so at this point I'm wondering if it actually is the account type on 3CX.
