Using a Time Condition if the call falls between X-Y time the system should send the call to an IVR.

If it doesn't fit that time I want to transfer it off site to a 10 digit number.

What is the preferred way to transfer the call offsite?

The easiest way is to create a ring-group with only the outside number in it and use that ring group extension for the "does not match" destination.

Another method is to create a virtual extension and forward it to the off-site number.

I went the virtual extension and call forward method. I knew that would work but didn't know if that was the preferred way.

Thanks

Yeah, sounds like you got it under control, but for example, I have several clients that need the option for afterhours so send the call to an outside line if conditions are met. We just call it the service extension. We set the followme to always on and set the desired phone number. Then you do anything you want with it. Add it to the IVR for emergency request, bypass IVR if you're so inclined after hours, etc.
