Hello,
I have a new Centos installation of Incredible PBX 2021.
It connects and registers to SIP provider.
The provider said that this error is caused by my side but I really don't know what to do...
Got SIP response 484 "Address Incomplete" back from...
When trying to make calls I get the following error log

from the server side, I see that I send my internal IP address instead of the external one and no number.
See attached file

Please advise what to do.
Thank you

Check that your external IP address is shown in Settings, Asterisk SIP Settings, General SIP Settings, NAT Settings, External Address.

Hi. Thank you.
The external IP was defined in NAT.
It has to be something else....

You have some sort of network problem. Is your pbx behind a router? Please describe the network architecture.
Do you have a static public IP address?
Playing 'demo-echotest.ulaw' (language 'en')
chan_sip.c: Retransmission timeout reached on transmission
If this is a new installation I would suggest you nuke it and start again. You may have missed a step during the install.
Which install guide did you follow?

When asking for help always specify whether you are using chan_sip or chan_pjsip for your trunks and/or extensions. Programming will differ.

When your PBX system is behind a local router (home or business router) you must specify that your system uses NAT. This tells the system to translate your local IP to the external IP in transmissions.

If your trunk is set up using chan_sip, be sure to add this in your trunk settings.
NGINX:
nat=yes

Also, under Settings > Advanced SIP Settings be sure NAT is set to yes:

If you extensions are using chan_sip, go to the extensions advanced settings screen and set this:

Save all your changes and restart your server. Then see if the problem is fixed.

If the problem persists, start over following this guide for installation but keep in mind that IncrediblePBX2020 is already deprecated and the current version is IncrediblePBX2021 which runs on Debian 10 instead of CentOS.

As others have pointed out, it's a NAT problem. No one has asked, does your router have a NAT helper in it? If yes, or not sure, investigate and disable. You don't mention where the SIP trace was taken from, but it is pointing to a NAT problem somewhere.
