SOLVED How to access ARI

Hi,
I installed IncrediblePBX 2027 using this guide
I want my node app to listen to events so i made the following steps:
1. Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Enable the Asterisk REST Interface = Yes
2. Settings -> Asterisk REST Interface Users -> created a user for my app
3. in my node app i'm trying to connect to my server:
AriClient.connect('http://<username-of-created-user>:<password-of-created-user>@<server-hostname>:8088/ari', (err, client) => { ... }
and i get an exception:
Unhandled rejection Error: connect ECONNREFUSED <server-hostname>:8088
at TCPConnectWrap.afterConnect [as oncomplete] (node:net:1532:16)
4. i tried looking for bindport configuration in http.conf and ari.conf to verify 8088 is the correct port, but couldn't find it in those places, and it doesn't feel ok to touch those files manually

What should i try next?

I solved it by editing the file http_additional.conf
It had there a param with ip 127.0.0.1 I changed it to 0.0.0.0
