Hello
I install new Incredible PBX/FAX 2020.1 for Centos 7 in Esxi 6.0. I want to restore old settings / Trunk file from Incredible PBX 13-13.7 for Ubuntu 18.04.
I create backup file from IPBX 13-13.7 and restore in IPBX 2020, but do not work. Do I need manually configure new server or any way to use Backup/Restore method.

Unfortunately ... Yes - cut/paste is your best option. You can still grab your CDR's to keep consistent, but the best way is to really re-enter much of the data.

You can try to use backup restore from the freepbx GUI. You will get some of the settings this way but probably not all of them. Since you created a VM you should create a snapshot prior to applying the restore. This way you can reverse if necessary.

Yes I create snapshot. I used backup-restore from freepbx GUI, but nothing restore.

Be sure you have removed the OSS Endpoint Manager module on your 13-13 platform before making the backup there.
