SOLVED Incrediblerestore2021 - Unable to find tar.gz file in /backup

I am trying to restore a previous copy of my IncrediblePBX2027-U server.

From the terminal window, when I launch ./incrediblerestore2021 with the file name in /backup it comes back saying that there is no file to restore. I have rebooted the server, repeatedly and still the same result.

Is there a batch/routine that I need to run so that ./incrediblerestore2021 finds the file and restores?

Are you doing the Incrediblerestore using /backup/file name? You have to give it the full path.
