QUESTION Member Timeout in conferences

Has anyone else noticed that the Member Timeout in conferences does not change with it ic changed on the page and submitted? It appears to me that a chnge only takes effect following a full reboot. Anyone else see this?

A full reboot or asterisk restart?
A full reboot would surprise me, but an asterisk restart wouldn't.

Perhaps an asterisk reboot will do it but I have only done full and that definitely does it. I would have thought doing "Submit" and "Apply Config" would enable the change and it may for regular members but it appears that it does not chage for the "Admin" or "Leader." Can anyone else confirm this? I am doing conferences for television broadcasts of the "Impeachment" so I am kind of unable to mess with things.
