TIPS Meridian 1 integration

I would like to integrate Nortel Meridian 1 with 3CX. PBX currently runs approximately 150 extensions.
Plan is to use 3CX as a main phone system with an option to talk to Meridian extensions and old system to use 3cx as a gateway.
I found NTBK65AAE5 T1 ADAPTER installed but I don't think is connected to anything. I much appreciate any help to get that started.
I don't want to buy VoIP handsets to replace Meridian phones ... yet.

If the Meridian has a T1 interface, you would need a SIP to TDM gateway to connect to 3CX or any SIP PBX.

I found Sangoma A104D Quad installed in one of the servers, but defiantly not in use. Will that be correct hardware?
