SOLVED Moving to new server

So my new PRI is installed, and DIDs are to port on Thursday. I'm running and old version of PIAF, 2.0.6.5 Yup really old.

I have a new Incredible setup, all the extensions everything was copy-pasted over.

My dilemma:
whats a good way to move the phone registration to the new Incredible setup?
1. Change the config on all the Polycom VVX250s to point to the IP of the new Incredible?
2. Turn off the old PIAF, change the IP of the new Incredible, to that of the phones?

If I chose #1, I can keep the old PIAF up, in order to copy the voice recordings of the extensions at my leisure. Not so with number 2.

Any thoughts?

Yeah Not sure why I had a block about changing the old PIAF IP. But yup this makes sense. Thanks
