need help with incredible pbx "tired of waiting on hold"

Hi everyone, was working with Ward's article "tired of waiting on hold", got it all set up and loaded and it seems to work well until the caller hits "0", the script is supposet to send the caller back to the extension that put the caller on hold, but keep getting busy signal?? would be totally cool to get this working as a sub for queue caller callback.

thank you ward! i changed SIP to PJSIP in the dial plan and worked!
