Hi Team, We were trying to dial extension 1XX from another PBX which is connected through IAX tunnel. Interestingly, we are able to dial till ext #119 but when we dial Ext from 120-125, it gives below error. We were able to dial these extensions before but not now. Nothing has been changed so far. I believe this dialplan issue but don't know exactly where it look.

[2020-11-09 11:07:15] NOTICE[25434][C-00004794]: app_directed_pickup.c:367 pickup_exec: No target channel found for 1@from-internal.

You have to create Misc Destinations for each ext not on the local system...at least that is how I connect my PBX's together over IAX...make sure the ext numbers are all unique...ie. both locations (assuming 2 locations) can't both have an ext 101. Then all the systems act as 1 big system...I have 3 connected as 1...works perfect. Outgoing and incoming SIP trunks for PSTN are on 1 PBX only...

So you have two PBX's that have the same range of extensions but no duplications and you have an IAX2 trunk between them? Or the range of extensions are different (ie you have 1XX on one PBX and 2XX on the other)? The log you have there isn't enough to see what's actually happening exactly, but what's PICKUPMARK? Is that some kind of custom dialplan or something?

I see the original post was over a month ago, but if you have not resolved the issue, here are some pointers.

If you have separate extension numbering groups for each site, then you have a route plan issue. Assuming one PBX has extensions 100-129, your outbound route to that PBX should look like this:

If you do not have a dedicated range of extensions at each location, you should research and install the DUNDI module on the two PBX's. With DUNDI, when an extension is dialed, the system will consult connected systems to determine if the extension is local or remote to another system. This also allows for users to move from one location to another and still receive calls on the same extension number. The DUNDI module is available from the modules page:
