TIPS PBXIAF5 (3cx) on OVH. Says not secure on https

I have an ovh pbx instance running 3cx. It works well once I got the firewall to stop blocking incoming vitelity. The problem is that I now get a red line through https and the not secure message when I connect. I imagine it may be related to the fact that I had to delete the original server and start over (lost password). Can anyone point me in a direction to get my certificate/https issue fixed.

Are you using a 3CX FQDN or your own? Is your certificate issued for the correct FQDN? When you deleted the server did you use the same licence key with the same FQDN?

I am using the 3cx FQDN. I named everything the same the second time around.
