I picked up some Polycom VVX 501's and have them working mostly with my PIAF 2027-U. I cannot for the life of me find how to program a blind transfer to parking lot (should be *70 on my system) and a pick up from parking lot (*71). We are moving away from obi1022's but on those I was able to program these one touch buttons where the user can just hit one button and it will transfer the call to the parking lot and all the phones show the line appearance and can pick it up by clicking on it. The polycoms I am finding almost everything except that. Anyone have any pointers on how to accomplish this?
