FYI Upgrade Incredible PBX 13.12 to 13.13

Hi guys - I'm currently running IncrediblePBX version 13.12 on Ubuntu 18.04 Server.

How do I go about upgrading to 13.13? - Apologies if this is documented somewhere. I haven't been able to find any information on the process.

Maybe this doesn't apply, but when you log into the console, it prompts you to do updates - did you try logging into the console and let it check for updates and install them?
(At least this is how it works on the IncrediblePBX system I have. I didn't install on Ubuntu though - I installed the one that does everything for you, including installing an OS (Scientific OS).

I think that update method is just for incrediblepbx code fixes; and not for update asterisk13-to-latest. I think there was a script for that - Hm better ask @wardmundy

You cannot upgrade from a FreePBX 12-based system (13-12) to a FreePBX 13-based system (13-13). You'll have to cut-and-paste your settings.

Can you upgrade from 13-13.8 to 13-13.10?

You can use Admin -> Bulk Handler to get most of your stuff, but it's probably easier to just install the 70+ FreePBX module updates.
