Voice mail Configuration help needed SIP to hosted PBX

Hi

I am using SIP soft phone from Telnyx and hosted PBX is CallCentric. I would like to set up my voice mail for any missed call. For this it needs configuration.
I don't have technical knowledge on this.
I need your help and it would be through remote desktop help via team viewer or anydesk...
I can pay your fees through paypal. Please let me know.

Hi, you need to add voicemail to your plan - its free. then you set it up in the extension to send a voicemail to email if not answered.... You don't really need technical knowledge...

Thank you for your quick response.
Voicemail is already added in my plan. I tried lot of time and it has been pending since a good while. Myself spent lot of time on this but no success yet. Infact I took help from Telnyx as well but it didn't worked. Unfortunately callcentric does not support remote desktop help. If you could help then please let me know.
