I just got off from a conference call with Vultr in regards to HIPAA compliance. They are willing to provide the tools and the BAA for HIPAA compliance. I think this is great news to anyone involved in medical offices PBX.
You should know even if you do all the encryption of the server HIPAA still requires a BAA too. This was the missing component for Vultr and now they are willing to provide this. Contact them and they will work with you on it.
