SOLVED Wrong time on Incredible PBX

Under time conditions and time groups I'm getting an hour behind what it should be.
I'm located Eastern NYC time zone. I ssh into the server and made sure that the time zone in the machine was correct, which it is. The PBX GUI is still showing the wrong time, and this is affecting my time groups and time conditions.

Any suggestions on how to fix this time mismatch issue?

The issue with time groups had to do with my inbound route.
However, I would still like to fix the time error

Try running /root/timezone-setup and set the time zone to be sure. Then reboot and see if everything syncs up to the right time.

That worked after running core restart now in the command CLI. Thank you
