If you've never used SpeechGen, start here. It's fantastic. You'll need an account to use this updated Yahoo News app (951).

Once you have SpeechGen downloaded and installed, here are the steps to add the other components so that you can Dial 951 for the Latest News Headlines from Yahoo News!

Code:
cd /tmp
rm -f nv-news-yahoo.*
wget https://filedn.com/lBgbGypMOdDm8PWOoOiBR7j/IncrediblePBX2026/nv-news-yahoo.txt
wget https://filedn.com/lBgbGypMOdDm8PWOoOiBR7j/IncrediblePBX2026/nv-news-yahoo.php
chown asterisk:asterisk nv-news-yahoo.php
chmod +x nv-news-yahoo.php
mv nv-news-yahoo.php /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/.
sed -i '/;# \/\/ BEGIN nv-news-yahoo/,/;# \/\/ END nv-news-yahoo/d' /etc/asterisk/extensions_custom.conf
sed -i '/\[from-internal-custom\]/r /tmp/nv-news-yahoo.txt' /etc/asterisk/extensions_custom.conf
asterisk -rx "dialplan reload"
