
Least Cost Route (LCR) is the technique that allows your PBX to select the best route depending on some conditions. Usually, the most common criteria are the rate; therefore, using it right could save you money when communicating somewhere.
Features
LCR for FusionPBX application will allow you to set up an easy LCR mechanism. Currently, the outstanding features are:
- Fault tolerance, if the first best choice fails, it will try the second-best until it runs out of options
- Compatible with FusionPBX 4.4 and higher,
- Compatible with MySQL 5.x, MariaDB 5.x & 10.x, and PostgreSQL 9.x and higher
- Unlimited number of carriers
- Limit number of channels per carrier (which is different than gateway)
- Specific codecs by carrier
- Allows you to have more than one gateway per carrier
- Allows to add/sub a prefix before passing it to the carrier
- Export/Import pricing list in CSV format
- Sets priority by Carrier and Gateway
- CentOS 6 and 7 RPM available (CentOS 8 will come shortly)
