Open Call Suite (OCS) consists of a set of tools that are freely available and can be used to build a small call-centre.
This tools are mainly based on Asterisk, but are they can also be used on Microsoft Lync / Skype for Business through the usage of SimpLync Plugin, making possible to get complex and powerful Asterisk CallCenter Systems on Microsoft Environments, being the ideal link between both worlds.
The solution covers the basic tools to manage a CallCenter: AgentLoggers, PopUP launchers, Visual Scripting & Macros Language, Progressive Dialers, Recording Software and statistics and metrical software for obtaining SLAs about service. All of them are integrated through a “desktop bar” on the PC (either AsteriskConnect for Desktops r SimpLync Plugin).
It’s important to take into account that due to the use of open source solutions, the flexibility of the result is total, without dependence of third providers, and making it possible a great professional and competitive service development. Thanks to this flexibility, a small centre can start with a minimum of investment, and if requirements growths demanding for more complex, we can do further investments (either with specific development, additional open source solutions or even commercial pieces) without losing current inversion.
