OV500 is fit for 100 CPS, 30 ASR, 2Sec ACD and 500 concurrent calls in a single server and 2000+ CC in distributed environment architecture.
In first analyses, if CPS reduced from 100 to 50 and ACD from 2 sec to 90 Sec and ASR from 30 to 60 then the same system may support more than 500 concurrent calls.

OV500 Billing and Switch Project is a community project under Openvoips community. The solution is design and fully compatible to integrate with homer sipcapture to capture the splog in enabling and disabling the homer module in the OV500 SIP Load balancer node. Homer is an opensource project as per homer community and OV500 Billing and Switching software are also opensource and available to download from gits and use in your VoIP network for processing the VoIP traffic. OV500 solution is designed to install the solution in a single server or based on need can install on multiple servers component-wise. It is designed to run the solution in HA.
