IVR and Voice Broadcasting Applications
Voice portals act as a bridge between information sources (including database and website data) and phone applications that present this information to the end user. IVR and Voice Broadcasting applications are inbound and outbound calling programs that interact with phone users. These technologies, incorporating protocals such as VoiceXML and others, use voice portals to access and update information virtually anywhere.
