By simply specifing numbers and names to be called PBXact will automatically call at specified times and allow recipients to confirm / cancel / reschedule appointments.

XactFax

The XactFax application give inbound fax to email support and also lets you send outbound faxes through a GUI interface. The XactFax comes with the ability to send one inbound or outbound fax at a time. You can purchase additional XactFax Add On Ports Modules for each additional concurrent fax you would like to be able to handle
