Expansion Model for Rainbow 2
The Rainbow E is an Expansion Module designed to improve the flexibility of ATCOM IP phone (Rainbow 2). It provides up to 16 programmable DSS key, and each key with a Triple-color LED. The module is connected with IP Phone by an RJ45 cable line, and up to 5 units of this modules can be supported by Rainbow 2, to achieve up to 80 additional programmable extensions. With Rainbow E, a lot of IP-PBX related features can be available, such as speed dial, BLF/BLA, Intercom, call forward/transfer/hold, etc. Generally, the Rainbow E will be widely used by Reception staff, Contact Center Agents, Executive staff who need monitor or manager multiple calls.
