We purchased two FXO and two FXS channel banks (220V version) for installation in Malaysia, and had some issues connecting it to Asterisk via our T1 card. Jim Rhodes and his team provided excellent support throughout our ordeal in getting it to work, using SSH to log in to our server and troubleshoot our setup. All in all, it was a great working experience, their tech staff was very helpful in all aspects, even when the problems we were facing had nothing to do with the Rhinos.

I also want to point out that their sales staff were also very helpful throughout the purchasing process, from start to finish.

I would not hesitate to recommend their channel banks, just on the strength of their support — these guys and the Rhinos get an A in my book!
