The Sphere system consists of desktop communications software, call control management software and media gateways for PSTN connectivity and support for legacy digital and analogue phones.
Sphericall Manager Software: Sphericall Managers run on industry-standard servers and form a single PBX across your enterprise for seamless connectivity. A load-balancing approach to redundancy ensures extreme resiliency – modelled after carrier networks. Office locations can operate autonomously during WAN interruptions and recover automatically.
Sphericall Desktop Software: Sphericall Desktop provides a new level of productivity to any user and supports all types of voice connectivity – IP phones, legacy digital and analogue phones, and softphones. Sphericall Desktop delivers integrated voice, video, instant text messaging, presence monitoring, on-demand conference bridging, personal call routing, call logging, unified messaging and more to deliver dramatic productivity enhancements for users in headquarters, branch offices and remote / teleworker locations.
VG3 Gateways: Gateways deployed at the edge of the system, COHubs and BranchHubs provide PSTN connectivity for any user from anywhere on the network. In addition, MeetingHubs enable highly flexible on-demand conference bridging and can be easily accessed anywhere on the network as well as from the PSTN for easy ubiquitous conference access. Hardware form-factor of all gateways is appliance-like and features auto-discovery enabling easy deployment and redeployment.
