TCI’s product line includes E-911 ANI/ALI Controllers marketed as InVision(TM) and VoIP enabled E-911 ANI/ALI Controllers marketed as iPSAP(TM), as well as Caller ID and Multi-Line units.. TCI is also a value-added reseller of interactive Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems, Mapped ALI, Records Management Systems for Police (RMS). TCI has more than 1000 installed sites throughout the US, Canada, Mexico and the Pacific Rim. TCI systems have been accepted as the standard by Pacific Bell, SBC, TDS Telecom, and the United States Government.
