Vertu is a British-based manufacturer and retailer of luxury mobile phones. The company is an independently run, wholly-owned subsidiary of the Finnish mobile phone manufacturer Nokia.
Vertu Cell Phones with VoIP Support
Currently Vertu has only one dual mode handset at the moment supporting VoIP namely Signature S Design. It is currently unclear what features the VoIP stack support but based on the configuration of the VoIP in the handset it looks similar to Nokia 6300i so could they have same VoIP stack ?
Vertu VoIP Phone Configuration
From the Signature S Design manual
1.Press Menu » Settings » Connectivity » Internet telephone » Accounts » Add new.
The Internet telephone setup wizard is opened.
2.Press Connect.
3.Select the WLAN you are connected to.
4.Select your VoIP service provider.
5.Enter your Username and Password for this service.
6.Press Submit.
You can now make calls using the internet telephone feature.
