Valiant/Orion, Hypernyms, PORTech and ICS GSM Channel Bank__ (a.k.a. GSM Gateway) is a device that converts digital E1 / T1 PRI voice channels into GSM voice channels.
It supports up to 23 voice channels in the case of T1 and 30 voice channels if E1 applies. Valiant GSM Channel Bank is most commonly used to link between ISDN E1/T1 PRI trunks and the GSM networks for reducing call costs.

opGSM Series GSM analog gateway is used for connecting with the FXO ports of an analog VoIP gateway. With the use of the TopGSM gateway, inbound VoIP calls destined for GSM handsets and calls originating from GSM handsets can be sent to or received from the GSM handsets by the VoIP gateway without having to route the calls through the local PSTN thus eliminating the cost of paying the local wireline telephone exchange for the unnecessary switching.
Up to 4 SIM Cards per GSM Channel
The 4 SIM cards feature of the TopGSM gateways is important in markets where there are more than one GSM operator providing GSM services. A common practice of a GSM operator is to offer special rate concession to its subscribers for calling Mobile Numbers that are within the same network of the GSM operator in various forms such as: one flat rate for calling any Mobile Number within the GSM network; or special discounted rates for calling Mobile Numbers that are within the GSM network.
Each TopGSM & TopCDMA Channel contains 4 SIM cards holders. An intelligent SIM card can be automatically switched according to 4 conditions:
Minute parameter — You can change counting of outgoing calls.
Count of minutes: Gateway will counter time of outgoing calls.
Count of calls: Gateway will counter number of outgoing calls.
By time — SIM cards will be switched according to standby time
Time of use SIM —- Interval of using selected SIM card.
Random — SIM cards will be switched at random time.
In this interval hours: minutes will be randomly switched SIM card. (SIM card will be switched after proceeding call hang-up).

E1/T1 GSM Gateway / E1/T1 GSM Channel Bank
Application 1: E1*2 in , GSM*31 out
When you do call terminal, DMT-2 can accept incoming call from 2 E1/T1 PRI and choose one GSM channel to dial out according to the prefix of the destination mobile number
Application 2: E1*1 in, GSM*31 and E1*1 out.
DMT-2 is connected between PSTN and PBX using the E1/PRI interface. It routes the mobile calls from PBX through mobile channels instead of going directly to the PSTN, hence reduces higher rate charge for fix to mobile calls. If the call is not a mobile call, it just goes directly to the PSTN. On the other side, the calls come from PSTN will be passed to the PBX. Thus the DMT-2 can perform the LCR(Least Cost Route) function. (More detail as follows)
