AgentLogger is a Pop-UP launcher that has an AgentLogin system intregrated, providing an easy way to develop a fast and economical call-center.

It provides users with an easy way to log into one or multiple queues, introduce pause reasons and communicate with their BackOffice systems via its Pop-UP Launcher functionality, which allows the automatic launching of a URL associated with the incoming call's number.


One of the adventages of AgentLogger versus other Pop-UP launchers it the avaiability it has to integrate with additional thirty party products, as QueueMetrics a popular software used for Agents Statistics and SLA Metrics. On that case, AggentLogger provides a Web Service that can be installed on the QueueMetrics Web Server, and that allows the agents to use the authentication credentials of QueueMetrics and even to be able to use the pause actions that QueueMetrics recognices.

AgentLogger is part of the Open Call Suite - OCS solution used in call centes, and is offered, free of charge (GPL), on the repository of utilities of Asterisk Arena.
