The Essential Bronze plan includes local and long-distance calling, IM and Presence Service with Jabber desktop and mobile app, Tier 2 support and caller ID. For each user, the cost is $17.25 per month or $7.25 per month if local and long-distance calling is not required. Phones that are supported include analog, conference phones, Cisco SIP Phone 3905 and Cisco IP Phone 6901.

Basic Silver Plan

Collab9’s Basic Silver plan includes local and long-distance calling, IM and Presence Service with Jabber desktop and mobile app, audio and video conferencing, Ad Hoc + Meet Me conferencing, Unified Messaging/Exchange and Office 365 integration, extension mobility, Tier 2 support and caller ID. Voicemail can be added for $2.70 per month. For each user, the cost is $19.10 per month or $9.10 per month if local and long-distance calling is not required. Phones that are supported include Cisco IP Phone 6911, 6921, 7811 and 7821.

Foundation Gold Plan

The Foundation Gold plan includes local and long-distance calling, IM and Presence Service with Jabber desktop and mobile app, audio and video conferencing, Ad Hoc + Meet Me conferencing, person-to-person HD video calling, Unified Messaging/Exchange and Office 365 integration, Lync integration with Google Apps integration available as an add-on, extension mobility, Tier 2 support and caller ID. All Cisco IP phones are supported with the Gold plan. Voicemail can be added for $2.70 per month. For each user, the cost is $21.30 per month or $11.30 per month if local and long-distance calling is not required. All Cisco IP phones are supported by this plan.

Standard Platinum Plan

As the most comprehensive plan, Collab9’s Standard Platinum plan includes local and long-distance calling, Voicemail, IM and Presence Service with Jabber desktop and mobile app, audio and video conferencing, Ad Hoc + Meet Me conferencing, person-to-person HD video calls, Unified Messaging/Exchange and Office 365 integration, Lync integration with Google Apps integration available as an add-on, extension mobility, Tier 2 support and caller ID. All Cisco IP phones are supported by the Platinum plan. For each user, the cost is $24.50 per month or $14.50 per month if local and long-distance calling is not required. Up to 10 communication devices per user are allowed, whereas all the other plans allow just one device per user.
