Edgewater EdgeView Element Management System


EdgeView provides central management and monitoring for Edgewater’s EdgeMarc and EdgeProtect Series products including software image management, group upgrades, configuration backup and restore, active call count monitoring, call quality statistics including MOS, jitter, latency, packet loss and much more, trend analysis and utilization statistics.

Delivered in an appliance form factor EdgeView is typically installed in the operations center and console access is provided through a browser-based GUI. It allows authorized administrators to manage multiple EdgeMarc and EdgeProtect products from a convenient location. The system supports multiple, authenticated user accounts with administrator defined access privileges. It can be used as a stand-alone management solution or as a complement to other network management systems.
